We are looking for a Student Film Ambassador to promote Film Oxford’s work to other students in the University. In return we can help develop you as a filmmaker.
Film Oxford is a film and education charity which provides a creative and social outlet for vulnerable groups such as the disabled, the unemployed and young people. In addition to this we run an alternate film school by providing training courses in Directing, Scriptwriting, Cinematography and Editing… Covering all the skills needed to start a career in filmmaking.

Your role will include:
-Being an ambassador for Film Oxford at university ie promoting out training courses to other students.
-Co-ordinating fun film activities e.g. 24 hr film competitions and “speed date” nights
-Blogging about the experiences of a young person in the film industry.
-Help to managing our presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter.
Essential Requirements:
-1st or 2nd year student at Oxford University or Oxford Brookes.
-Film enthusiast.
-Already active on and with a good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter).
-Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written format.
Period-3-6 mths
Type: Part-time 6hrs/wk
Remuneration: Unpaid
