Emailing List
Our Courses & Events and Youth Activities emailing lists are powered by MailChimp, which uses a ‘double opt-in’ confirmation email to check subscriptions are authentic. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the relevant link at the bottom of any e-mailout.
Course Bookings and Payments
The information we ask you to provide when making a course booking is not stored on our website: it is sent to our secure email server where it will be retained for seven years; printed copies are stored securely and shredded after three years.
Payments for courses are processed via WorldPay, using a credit/debit card or PayPal. Film Oxford does not retain your payment details, so any subsequent bookings will require re-entry of these details. Transaction notification emails to Film Oxford from WorldPay are sent to our email server and will be retained for seven years; printed copies are stored securely and shredded after three years.
Enrolment Forms
When beginning one of our subsidised courses, you will be required to complete an enrolment form (as per our Booking T&Cs). The information you provide will be shared with our funding partner, Oxfordshire Adult Learning, part of Abingdon & Witney College. Hard copies of these forms will be retained by Film Oxford for three years. Some of the demographic information provided will be fully anonymised for the purposes of assessing our training outcomes; these anonymised outcomes may be shared with funding providers or other partners.
