How to find Film Oxford
Travel & Parking
We encourage all visitors to travel to us by public transport, particularly if they are local. We also have bicycle rings along our wall.
If it is necessary for you to travel by car, we do have a small car park at the back of Film Oxford; the entrance is on Catherine St. If the car park becomes full, drivers will need to find on-street parking. There is a Controlled Parking Zone in force in the immediate area, so knock on our door for directions to other parking a few minutes walk away.
In addition, the county council has recently made our area an LTN (low traffic neighbourhood) as a 6-month trial. To drive to our car park in Catherine Street go via Iffley Road (a main road) up Charles Street (a side Street) and turn right into Catherine Street (ignore other Sat-Nav directions except those via Iffley Road). The car park entrance is a short distance along Catherine Street (black metal gates).
Please plan your route well in advance; if drivers try to come via “Cowley Road” and along “Howard Street” they will now find it blocked, which means they will need to take a considerable detour to the Iffley Road route.
