Talent Circle: Major UK short film festival once again visits Oxford.
Talent Circle Super Shorts is the UK’s only major film festival for films no longer than 5 minutes. The latest Super Shorts film festival is touring the UK and will be heading for OFVM with 70 minutes worth of films from the festival. Film industry talent and the general public alike are welcome to the event.
