Screen South and the Ignition Network announce the 2017-18 First Acts Short film scheme in partnership with Random Acts and Arts Council England. We are seeking talented young creative people 16 – 24 years old who can make bold expressions of creativity in a 3min short film. We will be commissioning 18 films, each with a £4k budget which may have the chance to screen as part of the Ch4 Random Acts series. The Ignition Random Acts Network alumni may also get the opportunity to see their films distributed more widely and take part in a wealth of Alumni creative & business development opportunities to assist with future career progression.
To find our more, and how to apply, come along to the roadshow at Brookes, where we will be showcasing a selection of the 2015-16 Ignition Random Acts. Tea, coffee and cakes will be provided.
