June’s Open Screen at Film Oxford, Catherine St, OX4 3AH
Thursday June 9th 7:30-9:30pm
At June’s Open Screen we will be screening Restore’s video shot on the 3 day video production course and then the evening may be slightly dominated by the many protests that have been taking place – including a film shot in Wales where a coal mine was occupied for a day, followed by several thousand people deciding to shut down a lignite mine in Germany. We will also be screening two short dramas made on the recent Shooting Video course.
If you have videos you’d like to show – get in touch by emailing
zoe@urchin.info. They need to be under ten minutes (or show a clip from a longer film) and the film maker needs to come along to tell us about the making of and to ask and answer questions.
The evening is FREE – you can just turn up to watch. Please bring a snack or drink to share
