You are warmly invited to this year’s AGM on Thursday 18th February here at Film Oxford. We will have a 45 minute slot for official business followed by a Networking Group Special Event (showcasing Open Screen; Production Group, Digital Creatives and Screenwriters) from 7:30 pm till 9 pm.

Report, Financial Summary for Audited Accounts 2015-2016 forecasts for 2016/17 and beyond – Richard (Audited Accounts attached to email).
Appointment of Management Committee/Trustees
Each person who would like to stand must give notice 7 days before the AGM (7 days before AGM is 11th February 2016), in writing to above address or via geron@filmoxford.org. Appointment of Auditors – Heather Fanthome of Kings Loose & Co.
Appointment of any Surplus – In practice this item has never been enacted as any surplus is carried over to the following year, as some years there is a surplus others whilst others there is a deficit.
Removal of old members. Those who haven’t been involved for a long time and for whom we have no up-to-date contact information (they may have moved away). Just to remind you that you are all officially members of Film Oxford and if you no longer wish to be please send us a quick resignation email to office@filmoxford.org (as this will help us to be quorate at the AGM).

Part 2. Networking Groups Re-launch: 7.30pm – 9.00pm
This is an opportunity to find out more about our Networking Groups and their plans for the year ahead. There will be short presentations and screenings from Open Screen, Production Group, Digital Creatives and Screenwriters followed by a general networking and social. PLEASE INVITE ANYONE YOU THINK MAY BE INTERESTED! Drinks (Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic) and Snacks provided throughout!
