We are delighted to announce that we were successful in our grant application to the Arts Council’s Emergency Fund, which has enabled us to bring most of our staff out of furlough to continue work on our development plan.
Production
We are busy putting in place new policies and procedures based on the government’s social distancing guidelines so that we can start production work ASAP. If you would like a quotation for production, please contact nicola@filmoxford.org.
Adults’ Training Courses
We are working to adapt our creative filmmaking, screenwriting and software-based courses in order to deliver online provision and on-site training (with social distancing in place). We will advertise new course dates as soon as possible; please email office@filmoxford.org to express your interest in any of our courses.
The Shadowlight Artists
We have adapted our current project, Luminous, so that work can continue remotely during lockdown. The Artists are creating new films, installations, paintings and photographs for exhibition at Modern Art Oxford and Arts at the Old Fire Station, as well as in a new virtual online gallery. The exhibition is due to open on 20th November 2020.
