Adobe Group meeting Thursday 16-02-12

Dated: February 8, 2012

Thursday 16th February at 7:30 pm, Regular meeting at Film Oxford (54 Catherine Street),

DSLR filming and colour grading:

Richard Wakefield will outline his reasons for moving to DSLR filming. He’ll talk through firmware, kitlists, lenses, and techniques to best utilise DSLRs for solo/team shoots. I’ll show how to achieve cinematic looks, with examples on screen. Then I’ll move on to colour grading walkthroughs (real-time onscreen) using both Premiere’s inbuilt effects, and 3rd party plugins. Richard Wakefield, is a DSLR cinematographer, who over the last 6 years has solely run 3 x multi award-winning companies: FX Films (weddings), FX Media (corporate) and WedFilm Academy (online training)
