Ever wanted to know how to make a phone app?? Free talk starts 7.30pm

Adobe Community Professional Matt Gifford comes to Catherine Street to talk about Responsive Web Design (RWD) and PhoneGap.Matt Gifford has worked as a web developer and website designer for over 10 years, and is enjoying it more now than ever. Having seen the way web technologies have changed and affected change, he views it as one of the most exciting and creative fields to work in.

The author of Object-Oriented Programming in ColdFusion and PhoneGap Mobile Application Development Cookbook, Matt is a regular contributor to industry magazines .net and Web Designer, and the development panel expert for .net Magazine, answering readers’ questions on a monthly basis.

He is a consultant developer and owner of monkehWorks Ltd, based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, and was contracted to the BBC to work on some special homepage projects for the Olympics and to ensure the licence fees were being spent wisely (on coffee).
