PLEASE HELP US WITH REPORT TO FUNDERS
Have you taken a short course at Film Oxford at anytime in the past 18 months?
If so we would really love to have your feedback. We have a short survey (only 10 questions), it really will help us if you can find a couple of minutes to fill it out. The form is mainly tick box but there are a couple of optional boxes to tell us anything about your experiences of our courses, and what you have done since the course. It is anonymous, unless you choose to include a name and contact
